We were for a whole week in the North of Norway, in Tromso more precisely in order to shoot images of the Aurora Borealis. Sun flare activity was very strong and the numbers indicated high visibility of the Northern Lights given the significant solar activity. So we flew to Tromso and the Lofoten and Senja Islands to capture these beautiful aurora borealis, we used Gopro 8 for this in Time lapse night mode but also Insta 360 cameras in Starlapse mode, then of course low-light sensitive drones like the Mavic Pro 3 Cine. The images are spectacular and we were very lucky to see so many aurora borealis in the sky, we had to wait for whole nights in the cold to obtain very beautiful images which will be used for a documentary which is still … secret.
